It shouldn't surprise us that the nutritional content of a chicken raised in a crowded poultry shed would be significantly different than a chicken that foraged out in the green grass and sunshine. We love our pasture raised chicken for its rich and flavorful meat, but making homemade bone broth is what makes this investment PRICELESS.

We offer subscriptions to receive whole chickens from May through November.

Our Pastured Poultry Subscription Program

Piedmontese beef is known for its unique genetic composition that is incredibly lean while simultaneously tender and flavorful. Known to rival the prized Wagyu, Piedmontese beef is known for its 'double muscling' which increases tenderness without the excess fat.

Enjoy the taste of clean, quality beef that has been raised locally with techniques reminiscent of a time before feed lots.
